1. PROPER USE OF THE PORTAL

You undertake to provide the Portal, when requested, with only true and complete data and information. Therefore, You must guarantee the authenticity of all data provided, being solely and exclusively responsible in civil and criminal terms for any damages and/or losses that may be caused to Us or to third parties, resulting from the provision of inaccurate or untrue information.

When using the Platform, You must: (i) be aware that you cannot make available any content that is illegal or contrary to morals and good customs, or capable of violating the rights of third parties; (ii) be aware that you must not insert any material that incorporates viruses or other harmful elements in the Portal, or that harms our system and/or that of third parties; and (iii) use the Portal only for lawful purposes, acknowledging that you are solely and exclusively responsible for the use you assign to the Portal, exempting us from any liability for any damage or harm arising therefrom;  

You acknowledge that all content and materials presented through the Portal, such as texts, illustrations, images, photographs, videos, applications, databases, networks, files, and any other authorial and intellectual creations, are our exclusive property or third party, which allowed its use on the Portal, being protected by laws and international treaties, including Laws 9609/98, 9610/98 and 9279/96, so that its copy, reproduction, or any other form of use will subject the offenders to the corresponding civil and criminal sanctions.

You must also be aware that all brands, trade names or logos of any kind made available on the Portal are our property or that of a third party who has recognized and allowed their use, without the use of the Portal being able to mean authorization for You to cite or use such trademarks, trade names and logos.

2. DATA COLLECTED

Through the Portal, we will collect information that is actively provided by you in the Contact Us form, such as your name, CPF, e-mail, telephone number and other information that may be requested and/or expressly provided by you through this .

In addition, we may collect other information, generated automatically when you use the Portal, such as, but not limited to, the IP address used by the User, with date and time, pages accessed, information about clicks on the Portal pages. When You visit our Portal, we may collect “ Cookies”, which allow us to recognize, for example, your browser or device and what your language preferences are. Our security plugins also use Cookies to improve the protection of our Platform, aiming greater security for you.  

The data collected due to the access to the Portal has the purpose of (i) enabling our communication with you in order to answer any doubts, complaints, suggestions, compliments, among others, made by You, through the Contact Us; (ii) improve the browsing experience; and (iii) to comply with our legal obligations.

All data effectively collected by us will be stored on our own servers or those of third parties, contracted for this purpose, in Brazil or abroad. In order to guarantee the security of your data, We will use all reasonable market efforts to guarantee the security of its systems in the custody of said data, including the guidelines on security standards established in Decree nº 8.771/2016
