Vegetallumina® o Voltaren®?
Answering this question is not so simple, especially due to the fact that they are two drugs based on two different active ingredients which nonetheless belong to the same therapeutic class, NSAIDs.
Vegetalumina Antidolore® contains ibuprofen lysine salt as the active ingredient, while Voltaren® is based on sodium diclofenac. Both are very valid products for the treatment of inflammatory and painful states therefore in the orientation of the choice at this point the individual response to the active ingredient counts.
The advice is to use the drug that has always been used to combat small pains such as contractures and soreness and, if it does not act as it has always done, you can think of replacing it. Obviously, if the pain does not go away after a few days of application, a medical visit is recommended to better evaluate the situation and find an effective remedy.
